These rental categories allow the use of the Stage, Green / Dressing Rooms, and House only. No public is admitted.
Ticketed Events
This rental category allows the use of the Stage, Green / Dressing Rooms, Control Room, House and Lobby. Box Office staff will be supplied. Front of House staff is required. The Tidemark Concession will be open. Public with tickets will be admitted.
Conference (non-ticketed)
Designed for non-ticketed events, this rental category allows the use of the Stage, Green / Dressing Rooms, Control Room, House and Lobby. Front of House staff is required. The Tidemark Concession will be open. Invited persons only will be admitted. No ticket sales and reduced technical support.
Lobby
This rental category allows the use of the Lobby area only. Front of House staff is required. The Tidemark Concession will be open. Public will be admitted.
Ticket Services and Fees
Use of the Tidemark Ticket Centre is a condition of rental. Please see the rate sheets for ticketing details.

Services Provided with Rental
* General lighting wash.
* Event consultation with staff technician.
* One Technician/Supervisor for the 4 hours of the rental.
* Listing in our Calendar of Events.
* (6 per year: J/F, M/A, M/J, J/A, S/O, N/D) Deadline is the first of the month prior
to the Calendar months, i.e.. Dec. 1 deadline for the Jan/Feb Calendar.

Advertising
"At the Tidemark" highway sign - based on availability.
$15.00 per week, renter to provide, install and remove sign.
Other Notes
All prices are subject to 12% HST
Rentals on Statutory Holidays will be charged an additional 50%
Rentals exceeding 8 hours per day may be subject to overtime rates.
Certificate of insurance is required with all rentals
