SUMMARY:COVID-19 Temporary Closure
DESCRIPTION:As a way to support the provincial government’s efforts to flatten the curve of coronavirus (COVID-19) spread\, we’ll be closing our box office to in person traffic until further notice. \nWe are working diligently with artists to reschedule all performances affected by the closure. The logistics of making these changes with a small but mighty staff are significant\, so we ask you to have patience with staff and hold on to your tickets until we have more information. Current ticket holders will be the first to know about rescheduled dates\, and at that time\, we will have more options for tax receipts\, gift certificates or refunds. \nWe’ll still be available by phone 250.287.PINK or email tickets@tidemarktheatre.com during our normal box office hours of 12 pm to 4 pm Tuesday through Friday. \n\nWe are keeping a close eye to the current announcements from health officials while doing our best to keep up with a higher volume of questions and concerns from our patrons. \nWe appreciate your patience and support during these uncertain times as they continue to evolve.
