Their sound draws from Mexican folk music\, Cuban son\, cumbia\, salsa\, and contemporary roots styles\, blending them into a vibrant\, high-energy experience that is as musically sophisticated as it is joyfully unrestrained. \nFor nearly two decades\, Locarno has been a festival favourite and a fixture on concert stages across Canada\, earning a reputation for world-class musicianship delivered with infectious warmth\, generosity\, and spirit.
