The Tidemark Theatre is proud to announce that we have officially joined the Access 2 Card Program, a national initiative designed to support accessibility and improve inclusion for individuals with permanent disabilities who require the assistance of a support person when attending events.

The Access 2 Card Program, operated through Easter Seals Canada, is a collaborative partnership between over 500 movie theatres, cultural attractions, entertainment venues, and recreation facilities across Canada. The program helps remove financial barriers for individuals who require a support person by ensuring their companion can attend at no additional cost.

Under the Access 2 Card Program, a valid Access 2 cardholder pays regular admission, and their support person receives one complimentary ticket.

At the Tidemark Theatre, Access 2 cardholders may access this program by purchasing their ticket in person and presenting their valid Access 2 Card at the time of purchase. One complimentary companion ticket will be issued for the same performance. Advance booking is available, and cardholders do not need to wait until the day of the event to secure their tickets.

The Tidemark Theatre is honoured to participate in a program that promotes equal access to arts, culture, and entertainment. Since launching in 2004, the Access 2 Program has become a national leader in raising awareness about accessibility and reducing barriers to participation for the disability community across Canada.
