Celebrate 80 years of the Tidemark through art.

To mark the Tidemark Theatre's 80th Anniversary, we're inviting artists of all ages and experience levels to share original artwork inspired by the Tidemark.

Maybe it's the building itself. A favourite performance. The volunteers. The audience. A memory you've carried with you. Or simply what the Tidemark means to you.

We want to see the theatre through your eyes.

Throughout the campaign, we'll celebrate participating artists by sharing their work on the Tidemark's social media channels and digital platforms, helping showcase the creativity that makes our community so special.

How to Participate

Email a high-resolution photograph of your original artwork to tag@tidemarktheatre.com.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Artwork title
  • Medium
  • Approximate dimensions
  • A high-resolution image of your artwork
  • An optional artist statement about your piece

Once we receive your submission, we'll send you a short Artist Submission & Permission Agreement to complete before we share your work.

A Few Things to Know

  • All artwork must be original.
  • Artwork created using generative AI is not eligible.
  • Artists retain copyright of their work.
  • Every eligible submission will be entered into a draw to win a Tidemark prize package.

Depending on the number of submissions we receive, selected artwork may also be considered for future opportunities, including a community exhibition in 2027 or commemorative Tidemark merchandise. If these opportunities move forward, participating artists will be contacted directly for additional permission.
