BOO! The Musical
BOO
A New Play by Anna Nickoloff and her Dad George
Back home on Quadra Island after university, Phoebe just wanted to chill and catch up with friends. Instead, a fateful encounter with a glowing blue chanterelle mushroom drags her headfirst into the supernatural—and she’s the island’s only hope.
About the Show
Phoebe is a Quadra girl through and through. But her quiet homecoming is upended by an unexpected date with the uncanny. Suddenly thrust into a hidden, mystical layer of the island, she discovers that Quadra’s rugged beauty masks ancient, restless forces. As the island teeters on the brink of disaster, Phoebe’s strange new connection to the unseen world becomes the community’s last, best defense.
Blending local island flavor with high-stakes magic, BOO! The Musical is a funny, thrilling, and deeply atmospheric ride about home, roots, and the wild unknown.
“An unforgettable journey into the myth and magic hiding just beneath Quadra’s mossy surface.”
