Each vendor will be serving a curated selection of their menu favourites.

From 6:00–8:00 PM, indulge in delicious bites, browse the silent auction, and take part in the always-entertaining Paper Airplane Toss—where you could win an unforgettable 20-minute helicopter ride for 3–4 people, courtesy of 49 North Helicopters.

The excitement continues at 8:00 PM with the Paper Airplane Toss finals on the dance floor, plus your chance to win a 5-night Discovery Islands cruise for two, and bid on exclusive live auction items—including Canucks box seats and an incredible Fall Feast for 12.

Then at 9:00 PM, the dance floor comes alive as Time Well Wasted, an electrifying 11-piece band from the Comox Valley, takes the stage. With classic rock, funk, and R&B favourites—complete with a dynamic horn section and rich vocal harmonies—you won’t want to sit down.
