The Nutcracker

River-Port’s 8th annual production of The Nutcracker will delight audience members of all ages with visions of sugar plums, waltzing snowflakes, sword fights, and everything you need to get you in the holiday spirit!

The Nutcracker cast is made of a a dedicated group of Ballet students from Port Alberni to Campbell River who have come together under the direction of Jen Soo, and guest choreographers and performers Marsha Kwan and Giovanni Giordano to bring this classic holiday story to the Tidemark stage. The cast will be joined by students of Studio North Dance Academy, and special guest, Vladimir Pereira who will return to audience favourite role of Mother Ginger!
