International Guitar Night, the world’s premier touring guitar showcase, makes its Campbell River debut with an evening that feels both intimate and expansive. Taking place at the Tidemark Theatre on January 28 at 7:30 pm, this special concert brings together four extraordinary guitarists whose work crosses borders, traditions, and genres with ease.

This isn’t a standard concert where artists take turns and disappear backstage. International Guitar Night is built around collaboration. Each musician performs solo, then returns to the stage to create spontaneous moments together, weaving styles and stories into something that exists only for that night. The result is a shared musical conversation that moves effortlessly from jazz to flamenco, from classical roots to contemporary soundscapes.

Audiences can expect a performance that highlights the guitar’s versatility, from intricate fingerstyle passages to bold rhythmic flamenco, all within one thoughtfully curated evening.
