Big Band Sounds of Love

The Strathcona Big Band is at it again, this time with a selection of classic love songs and inspired arrangements just in time for Valentine’s day! Returning to the Rivercity Stage shortly after performing big band classics there in November and seasonal tunes at the Coachman Pub in December, this hard working 15 piece band will be presenting an evening of love songs many of them vocals featuring the beautiful voice of Amy Lelliotte. Performing such favourites as Fever, The Man That I Love, Embraceable You and of course, My Funny Valentine the band will be dialing down the tempos but turning up the heat!

With past engagements at the Coachman and the Rivercity Theatre selling out, ticket sales will be brisk for this highly anticipated return to the cozy 90 seat theatre and promises to sell out quickly. Please avoid the disappointment of not getting a ticket by purchasing yours now!
